This Tunturi Acceleration Trainer is an ideal tool to train your strength and speed.

The set consists of two hip straps and a resistance strap. One of the straps is placed around your own hips and then you attach the resistance strap onto it. The other end of the resistance strap needs to be attached on a fixed point, or around the waist of a training partner with the second hip strap.
